As the sole owner of copyrights and trademarks for over 200 Hong Kong comic titles—including Dragon Tiger Gate, Chinese Hero, and Buddha's Palm—Culturecom Limited manages all rights related to characters, designs, derivative elements, and AI applications.

Authorized Licensing Entities:To ensure operational transparency, we hereby confirm that only the following subsidiaries and affiliates are authorized to utilize or sub-license our IP within specific scopes:

1. Citicomics Limited: Authorized for all publishing, production, and distribution for non-entertainment production purposes.

2. The One Comics Publishing Limited: Authorized for all publishing, production, distribution, and entertainment production related to its specific copyright holdings.

3. Culturecom Media & Entertainment Limited: Authorized for games, film and television, music, stage plays, and digital assets utilizing blockchain technology (Web3).

Public Notice:Apart from the entities listed above, Culturecom Limited has not authorized any other third party to conduct licensing, sub-licensing, or commercial collaborations regarding our comic IP. We urge the public and potential business partners to verify the identity of any individual or organization claiming to represent us.
