Ms. Mak Wing Shuen Jennie, aged 58, is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Culturecom Holdings Limited. A veteran of the Group, she has been the driving force behind Culturecom's evolution into one of Hong Kong's most established IP and publishing houses.

Ms. Mak began her career in the international travel industry, where she spent over a decade developing expertise in cross-border commercial management and international licensing — a foundation that directly shaped her leadership in IP acquisition and content commercialisation. In 1997, she joined ViaGOLD Capital Limited, an Australia-based investment holding company, as part of a deliberate pivot into corporate investment and business management. The following year, ViaGOLD Capital acquired a substantial stake in Culturecom Holdings, and Ms. Mak joined the Group as part of that transaction — where she has built the entirety of her subsequent career.

Since becoming Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2010, Ms. Mak has led a series of landmark transactions that have defined the Group's IP portfolio. In 2014, she spearheaded the acquisition of The One Comics Publishing Limited — bringing celebrated Hong Kong titles including the comic adaptation of City of Darkness (九龍城寨) into the Group, an IP whose global prominence was later affirmed by its critically acclaimed live-action film adaptation. She has expanded the Group's international publishing slate with premium Japanese titles including One Punch Man (一拳超人) and Jujutsu Kaisen (咒術迴戰), and led IP licensing deals with Tencent Video for Buddha's Palm (如來神掌), iQIYI for Chinese Hero (中華英雄), and the live stage activation of Feel 100% (百分百感覺).

With nearly 30 years of Group service spanning M&A, international publishing, and multi-platform IP commercialisation, Ms. Mak brings exceptional institutional knowledge and commercial leadership to her role.
